Protect yourself from fraud when you travel. If you plan to travel outside the United States, Canada or Mexico please contact the bank. Failure to notify the bank of your travel plans may alert our Fraud Protection Services and may deny your Debit Mastercard usage outside these countries.

Enroll in MasterCard SecureCode before using your card for purchases online. MasterCard SecureCode is an online security service to guard against the unauthorized use of your Debit MasterCard while shopping online at participating merchants. Added security at its best--- hassle free with no software to download. Once enrolled in this free service, you’ll have the added confidence knowing that MasteCard SecureCode performs an extra authentication step to protect your account from unauthorized online use. Fees and Charges for ATM Transactions

No annual fee
There is no charge for ATM withdrawals at machines owned by us. If you use an automated teller machine that is not operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the operator/owner of the machine and/or by the automated transfer network.

Lost or Stolen Card Information

If your Debit Mastercard is lost or stolen, immediately call the Bank of Turtle Lake at 715-986-4181 or 715-822-8316. After business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272. Please contact the Bank of Turtle Lake to order a new card.
